Identify 2 stemcups and dishes

First i would like to say how wonderful it is to have found this forum.
I have been trying to figure out if the two cups and dishes are authentic eggshell porcelain.

After digging through the internet i have found little information about the date , dynasty and artist and was wondering if someone with more knowledge can tell me more about these sets?

Both cups and dishes are rust/iron red and the enemal/glaze on both sets are matte.

The photographs are scaled down in quality and i can send the originals and other photographs of details, rim, foot and markings if needed.
