Small Plate With Fish

I apologize for the bad photos and no bottom picture but that is all I got.
Any suggestions on the age from what can be seen?

Such fish decorations were made over a long time, from the Qing dynasty until far into the 20th century. Only, usually they look more like underglaze blue, sometimes with some underglaze red. This one is possibly only vintage.
These pictures do not allow to tell more, especially without a base picture.
Please be aware, however, that this is something were basic used by the common folks, and there is little chance that its collecting value increases over time.

Thanks for the reply. I guess back in the days the unglazed center circle would mean that the plates were stack on top of each other during firing. If they kept making them this way in the 20th century I guess it was more for decoration purposes and make them look older than they are.
Were the older pieces with overglaze decoration like this one  or only underglazed?
I will see if I can take a picture of the bottom in the coming weeks but even if older probably is not worth it buying it if such pieces are not very collectible.
