A PEACHBLOOM-GLAZED meiping vase?

hey guys, have a couple of questions about this one. I always have a problem distinguishing peachbloom glaze from Sang-de-Boeuf. I'm assuming this is peach bloom but not sure about it.

Also I'm guessing this is a 19th century piece. It was stained with some black ink or paint  on the foot rim but it can be removed. Just got tired of cleaning it.  you can see a little bit of iron oxide coming out of the glaze.

Would probably be "peach bloom" as the red color is not that strong. 19th century should be right. The stepped foot rim seems to have been most common in the Guangxu reign.
