This is a fake.
Please read the article in the Water Cooler board of this forum regarding fake labels and wax seals. Their presence is virtually always indicating a fake.
I was able to compare some similar labels and found that the brown discoloration of these were 100% identical, meaning the dark background was printed that way to give the impression of age.
