Looking at the people's faces even a collector should easily recognise that this is not antique. 20th or 21st century.

Here is the bottom picture.

The facial features and eyes these people show were only possible in the early 20th century and later. Faces were painted differently in with less detail in earlier times.

Therefore, this cannot be a Ming or Wanli item...
