This is fake Yuan underglaze red, I'm afraid. This is as follows...

1. The stylized lotus petals along the bottom are almost not rounded at the top corners + there is a spae between them. This can only be Yuan. Hongwu usually has no space or rounded petals at the top.
2. On the neck there are banana leaves painted. Due to the lack of pictures showing this more clearly it is not very visible, but the leaves have white leave ribs in the middle.
The white rib can only be Ming as in the Yuan dynasties it was always a full rib made with one brush stroke.
3. The bottom is too rough. While most Yuan items do have an unglazed bottom, this is usually not with sand covered.
