Japanese girl figurine

I've been looking for about a 6-8 inch girl figurine and from what I can remember she is comical where she is bending over revealing panties and I think she is wearing Red dress a I think she is holding a wind blown yellow umbrella. I'm guessing around 1930-1940s. I don't know the name of the maker to look for her but have been searching for her for about 8 years. I'm interested in securing her. If anyone recognizes the description and provide or/and provide sites to search for her, I would greatly appreciate. Thank you
