Hi all I have come into possesion of these absolutely beautiful set of 6 small dish/plates all the same design. They look to have been so delicately hand painted to finish. I am just really interested to see if anyone knows anything about age or name, anything really please. Many thanks

This is from the second half of the 20th century at least, based on the type of mark.
The Chinese characters say Jingdezhen, which is the town where it was made, the former porcelain metropolis of China, so-to-say.
The word Jingdezhen would not appear on older, antique items.

Could I be slightly cheeky in asking for your help with a couple of other items please if ipicture them? My father in law has always had a genuine interest in Chinese/Japanese ceramics. Just really good to know just a little about them. Many thanks

You can upload more any time. Please be sure that pictures have good resolution so that even glaze details can be viewed, if necessary.
