japanese dragon vase 19th century?

Searching with the above Japanese will show other items with the same mark (manufacturer?). but I cannot help with age. Maybe Stan?

Hi De munte, their is an example on Gotheburg.com and he says that theirs is mid 19th century, but I was under the impression that the scrolling red design is late Meiji
