Chinese Porcelain Indentification please

I have what looks like a chinese porcelain planter, I think, but not sure, wondering if someone could identify this item and the Mark and date

I would suggest that you do an internet search of this "huarong tang zhi mark". You may learn more from the search results. Seems to have been made exclusively for export in western taste and thus many Chinese porcelain collectors may know little about this.
