This is 20th century, not from the Qing dynasty. Basically, an almost perfect ball shape of the body of a jar or vase is not from the Qing dynasty. While such coral red decorations were indeed popular in the later Qing dynasty, this is not that old. The neck shape and proportionally wide lid are also not typical for a traditional shape. There is a zhuanshu style Qianlong mark, which is also unlikely from that period. The sand on the bottom should also not be there if it was from the Guangxu reign.
Please note that for big items the foot rim of a Guangxu item may be rounded, but not flattened, and the connection to the base area is not rounded (no radius) but rather a corner. Those with a radius are usually from a later time.
