Rice Bowl date

Could anyone give me any help identifying this rice bowl, the markings on hard to make out on the base.

However, if you have not obtained this so-called rice-pattern bowl yet, it is recommended not to. This type of item is still made and used today, and those from the 19th century are relatively seldom encountered. The dragon decoration does not mean it is necessarily antique. What you see might be new or vintage one which has little collecting value, rather than an antique one. But to check better pictures would be required.
