Sorry, I missed this.
"福建會館" is a well known mark of an association or associations of people or businesses from Fujian province in various places; some existed or still exist since the Qing dynasty, but the period is difficult to define. Most likely this item is from the republic period, about 40s or perhaps 50s. At least many items marked this way seem to be from that that period.
