Weird vase its has flowers under glaze

Hi Peter
Its been awhile since I've been here. I like this vase I have a light green colored one also different shape and the flowers are raised under the glaze.  Is this Chinese?  I am going to post other items I believe are Asian just unsure of which one.  Any clue?

A single picture does not allow judging.
A bit too bright a blue for Chinese traditional ware.
Except the decoration along the base being Chinese, the rest could as well be Japanese.
Actually, the blossoms are not painted much like Chinese plum blossoms usually are. They could as well be cherry blossoms.
