I am been offered to buy this small jar 13X13 cm.
There are some rust spots and the writing is rubbed, but in all it looks pristine.
I am in doubt for period: I will go on if it is early Republic at least.

Thank you for your expert opinions.

Hi Adriano, there is no painter's mark but it says "江西美?出品". Unfortunately not sure about one character in the company name. I can find no Qianjiang mark with 江西美...
The porcelain body is old, and the back is too, but as you mentioned, the front and lid paint look a bit too pristine. Perhaps not early republic. In my Qianjiang book there are items listed until 1949, but you see that they are unused and the bottom is not as old looking like this one. I believe I also have one item with such a painting style too,  somewhere.
It is just odd that the back and bottom are so clearly old, while the painted area looks fresh. I cannot tell if this is intentional or not. Any usage or age signs inside and below the lid?

Hi Peter,
I have some more pictures.
Thank you.

The glaze looks old. Probably still late Qing to early republic, judging by these pictures.

Thank you Peter for your help.
If the seller agree a reasonable price, I will buy it.
