First, this is not porcelain, this appears to be earthenware. The type of decoration goes probably back to prehistoric times, but I do not know if it is Chinese. In addition I have to tell you that some appear to be fakes.
The shape was made in Korea until  a few centuries ago, not as earthenware though.
Even given that this was authentic, this would be something for a museum, not a private collection. Its research value probably would exceed its collecting value.
