The foot is a 20th century foot, 2nd half in my opinion, the foot looks straight and holes in the foot to hang on a wall would be later in my view.

Better let it go. The shape is neither a classic Chinese plate shape, nor a western one, it seems in these pictures. A western style Chinese plate shape would not be that shallow.
