Probably Kangxi reign, from a period shortly after China started copying Japanese Imari. Only this way could I explain the rim decoration which is somewhat different from later Chinese Imari. To me this decoration seems to resemble somewhat a Japanese decoration, but the bottom is distinctly Kangxi.
The color decoration underneath the rim can be found in some early Qing items, but it is more commonly underglaze blue only.

Thanks for showing the thickness, one thing i noticed about late Kangxi Imrari is the porcelain is thin, I would say this is authentic Chinese Imari.
