I got this peace recently.
Mark, decoration and empty eyes led to Tongzhi period, I think
I do not know if the bottom is right.

Personally I would attribute this to late Tongzhi or Guangxu. Cannot be sure which one. The mark would be the same...but in the Tongzhi reign the pupils are not painted and the faces empty, while in the Guangxu reign some face lines started to appear.
