Re 02: identification Please???

This is a mid-Qing plate, probably 18th century, made at Dehua kiln.
This was made for export to the Middle East. The characters should probably be Arabic or Persian. This type of plate was also made for domestic use without the writing.
(I'm curious if this writing is readable in one of the above languages, as the painters would have been Chinese.)

the characters on the plate is not Arabic, it looks like the Persian language but not sure.
