Hello, in an antique market I found this vase and plate but the seller asks about $ 3500 for both.
please what are you thinking. and what is the period? ??? Thanks a lot for your help.

This is a Yuhu Chunping style fake.
It is imitating a Yuan dynasty decoration but has mixed styles. For example the stylized lotus petal decoration on the neck would be Yuan, but the banana leaves above this would be Ming.

Yuan Yuhu Chunping items always should have a glazed bottom; apart from this ANY unglazed bottom with such a color is fake. Old age never makes it look this way.
