Age of small cup with somewhat worn off characters on bottom

Not sure of age of this cup i purchased...worn marks on bottom...im not even sure if they are really Chinese the more I look at it...kinda driving me crazy though so any help would be greatly appreciated

New in my view. Don't get fooled by hand made decorations. Unlike the west hand-painting is still done today.
