Bowl with Foo Dogs

Need help on the period of this Bowl from the Ming or Qing Dynasty? Is it an authentic piece of antique bowl? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Not sure if it is a fake or Japanese.
The foot rim is a bit too yellow, but looks more Chinese. However the mark contains characters written in a modern style. Most likely more recent.
