Ginger jar. China or Japan?

Hello colleagues. A similar ginger jar was discussed at the forum. I could not find.
Tell me, please, is it China or Japan? Age and what is written on the bottom ?

Late Qing or later, I am leaning on the later side 2nd half of the 20th century, it could be Guangxu revival but the decoration and not seeing any age signs makes me think later.

Guangxu. The bottom has sufficient age for just over 100 years.
