Qianlong Peach bowl

I saw this really nice bowl today. From the decorations, I think it might be from the 18th century.  I think it's a poem  on the bowl.

Such bowls are always Tongzhi reign or later. The face shown looks as if it was Guangxu. Overall the bowl gives the impression as if some things were retouched or later added. Late Qing dynasty.
