Question about pottery

Im new here :) Landed here because I got stuck with this piece of pottery.

I can't seem to find the origin and age...

Though I own this pot already about 20 years... I got no clue :)

Hope someone could help me out.

Not Far Eastern. Looks more as if it were European or made elsewhere in the west.
