I recently came across this item and need your help! I'm new to collecting Chinese Antiques! And is still in the process of learning!

When was this made?
Is this item authentic?
Is this item rare or common?

It is an easy to detect fake. Shape is wrong and glaze on neck is wrong on Qing dynasty items of this period.

BTW, the bottom and mark are also deviating too much from those of real antiques, I'm afraid.
