You will need someone specialized on Yixing teawares for this. Yixing wares are a completely different matter from porcelain, and dating is more difficult. 
I cannot help, but comparing with those I have seen, it looks as if it could be from the first or second quarter of the 20th century.

I do not know. Again, only someone with specialized knowledge on Yixing wares can help.
Many Yixing wares show either a shop, hall or artisan mark, but with the more famous ones many marks were copied later too, unfortunately.
I would not expect too much in view to age. I know scores of people who use or collect(ed) Yixing teapots, but have no reliable information on anyone having something that is really from the 19th century. Mostly over 50-60 years old is already nice.
