Need help identifying this little can

Hello everyone,

I recently bought this little can. On the bottom is has a sign, but I can't figure out what it says. it's about 9cm high and 9 cm width. it has blue overglaze. I hope somebody can tell me more about the age and origin of this can. Thanks in advance.
