Hi Calder, is the first picture the top of a lid or the inside of the bot or bowl, what is the size, usually on a double footed item they are usually big chargers or big pieces, could you post a side view picture as well, thanks.

Probably a seal paste or incense box. In my view this is 20th century, despite the Qianlong mark.
We see a lot of these, often with good quality painted decoration.
