Republic cylindrical vase.

Hi to all, I have this vase since thirty years.
The mark should be Jiangxi Ciye Gongsi, a company operating with this name during the Republic period.
The inscription could give more information, but I cannot read Chinese.
Any comment on quality and period shall be appreciate.

This is usually assumed to be a hat stand or incense holder.
Judging by the painting style and content perhaps early republic, probably, the manufacturer mentioned was existing also in about this period.
