No, unfortunately I can't, I just use automatic translation for the Japanese sites...

I need to figure out how to do that, some sites say English, but most are all Chinese or Japanese.

You can use the google tanslator. Put in the url of the page and it will translate it. The result is not very  good, but you get an idea of the content...

If we talk about search, when searching for Japanese content it may be important to also search on G. Japan. Despite what Google may want us to believe, the search results are not the same on G. Japan as on .com or any other version.
