Hi Calder, nice vase, I think your right, studio pottery.

Classical shape, but modern product. The mark does not seem to be a character, just some symbol.

Calder, and Peter, could this be Awaji pottery, they copied the Chinese shapes and monochromes, the bottom does not look anything like Chinese?
