Probably not that old. The mark is appearing on many Dehua figurines, even newer ones.
??? was a porcelain sculptor of the Ming dynasty.
The mark is usually partially not visible on original items; it is still applied on some modern items.

A picture showing the side of the figure and another showing the side of the interior might help.
