Crackled Plate

Hello there.  I found this plate interesting- crackled but the design I never seen it before.  Is this piece an  authentic? I do not want to waste my money on buying this.  I do need your help.  Thank you.

New, in my view. No Chinese antiques show the spiral created when throwing the item on the wheel this way.
