Hi could anyone tell me a little about this platter? Just like the vase on the last post, I bought it because it looked old and was relatively inexpensive- and because I would like it even if it was a modern fake. I'd particularly like to know it's age, and what kind of audience it would have been made for(assuming it isn't modern) Thanks

Items with such a bottom are usually fakes.
