My wife inherited this Guan Yin vase from her grandmother.
I have seen them before as copies, but never so delicately painted. Also, the stamp on this one has one more character than I have ever seen on copies.

The stamp says "Zeng Longshang zau" which means "made by Zeng Longshang".

The vase is really delicate and the eyelids are painted to look like double eyelids and the nails are marked with a thin red line on both the goddess and the baby. The baby has visible teeth.

Is this actually a real Zeng Longshang vase or a better copy?

Sorry, I spelled the chinese wrong.

The maker is called Zeng Longsheng. And the mark is Zeng Longsheng zao.
