Ming Xuande Blue-and-White Eared Jar?

Hi smak,
First try to eliminate Ming dating as a possibility. Is the blue glaze sprayed or painted?
Most important is whether or not there a horizontal seam present in about the middle of its body? None is visible outside in the pictures. If there is none, then it is unlikely Ming. a sprayed glaze increases that possibility somewhat, but is not decisive, the seam on the other hand is conclusive.

I see you noted that the glaze bubbles are all about the same in size, and small. This would make its age later, about late Qing or 20th century. The mark is likely apocryphal. The foot rim type is a bit unusual for Qing.
Perhaps late Qing or republic period? I could not tell for sure from these pictures alone, but another thing to consider is the 德  'de' character of the mark. In the early Ming dynasty it had one horizontal stroke less, but as far as I know this stroke should  be there if it was Qing dynasty. Thus, if it cannot be Ming due to the missing seam, but the character does not show the horizontal stroke, it would likely have been omitted intentionally and is unlikely Qing, which in turn might point to a later time of manufacture.
