Qianjiang teapot

I need help for the period of this teapot.
I can not decide between late Guangxu or early Republic.
Glaze defects point more to Guangxu, for decoration I would say early Republic.
May be there is a date, not sure.

In the fifth column from left the top two characters are 丙辰, which would correspond to 1916.
