It says made in China, but by who, when, and is it worth good money or?????

What is not antique has no collecting value and therefore no more monetary value then when you buy it new.

These picture are not good enough to give a good assessment of age, except the shape is modern, as Peter has said " Not Antique ", For a better assessment of age on future posts, please take a picture of the full bottom and one of the foot at an angle and full picture of the subject and close ups of the decoration and any age signs, This is necessary to judge the age of true Chinese Antique Porcelain.
