16" Dish with 6 character marks, Dragon with nice glaze!

Wondering when this was made and what the 6 characters say? What are your thoughts on this?!

My opinion of this plate is late 20th century, notice the scales on the dragon, not traditional and the double foot looks like age faking in my view, also the repair looks fake.
