Hi Stobaksov, what is the diameter of plate/charger, usually these are chargers and very in sizes, this is beautiful, like the other one you posted, you can not see the shape of the foot, could you post a photo of the foot at an angle showing clearly the outside foot, the four blue rings on the bottom  are a typical markings of Arita, three to four rings, as you know, the shape of the foot  will help to tell age.
