Chinese plate?

What are your thouts about this plate? Sellers claims thats is 18 century.  I have only this pics.

I like the plate.  The bottom looks like okay for me but i'm not sure

I asked the seller to send me the pics but unfortunately I didn' t received it yet.  But I bought a few time from this seller and the plates that i bought ware genunie pieces. So i think this could be to

The decoration does not look Chinese to me. Not sure if it could be Japanese either.
