Ming Xuande charger

Dear All,
Is this charger from the same period or new? It belongs to an old collector that passed away on 04'. From what I see, the paste, color and base look promising. But I could missed something.
The base has been cleaned with lemon. And the last picture reveals the real blue.(my camera somehow cant capture the blue color which is rich in iron using white lamp)
