This jar I bought in an antique shop on South Bridge Road (Chinatown) in Singapore around 2008. The singaporean owner was about to close down the business due to the problems with finding and importing antiques from China. It had become more and more difficult the recent years, he told. A couple of years later the shop was closed down.
I think this jar is very beautyful. It is 19 cm tall and has no marks on the bottom. I have tried to find a similar on the internet, and could find only a real old one with a dobbel circle mark:

The flowers on that one are also chrysanthemums, but in a little different style.
Since the shop was about to close down, I got a fairly good price, and still I hope this is not fake. The condition is pretty good with age marks and a small hairline on the outside of the top rim.
Best regards

This is no doubt Qing, but usually this decoration is more neatly painted.

Thank you, Peter. After I posted this, I have been searcing old posts and found your answer to a similar jar.

Would my jar be from the same period?
