Cannot find this mark anywhere

I cannot find this mark on this bowl anywhere. Can anyone help me out? Thank you

Im not sure about this but the mark on the bottom is supposed to be an anchor, but the bowl is new, not very old.

The image is upside down. This looks like a fancy (modern) version of the character ? (lei), meaning thunder. Very recent, as Stan said. Mark and black lines are all printed.

Thank you for being so knowledgeable I'm such a newbie at this. I started collecting because it's all so beautiful but now I have so many things its time to weed out the unnecessary stuff....lol
