This looks like a late Qing celadon bowl and the decoration was added later in the 20th century 2nd half in my opinion.

This is a small saucer cup and it's white porcelain and not celadon ... So it's not yonghzeng period , why ?

In the photo, China2jpg the back looks like it has a light greenish color, maybe its just a bad photo, and the overall decoration is quite crude for Yongheng porcelain, the chicken does not look like anything I've seen from that period or any other period except 20th century, that is just my opinion.
