Multi Drip Glazed Pottery Bowl

I am not even sure if the piece is Asian. Could be Mexican, European or made elsewhere. But want to double check.

Could be modern, fired in an electric kiln in somebody's backyard or balcony as well.

thanks for the reply. Could be modern means that it is most likely modern or it is not sure? Nothing Chinese I guess?
