Can anyone tell me anything about this piece?

Let me start off by saying that I don't know anything about Antiques or Chinese Porcelain.  I happened upon this piece by chance and I liked it because it has a phoenix bird on it.  If it is a fake or has no value that won't upset me at all.  I just it might be fun to see if anyone could tell me where it might have came from, how old it might be, and if it's authentic.

This is all printed. This type of printing would hardly have been possible in China before the second half of the 20th century. I'm afraid this has little collecting value.
