Chinese Dragon Tea Cup?

I would like some knowledgeable information on this cup set. It has 3 painted dragons on the cup itself and 5 more on the stand. The stand has 5 small holes where the cup stands and it has a seal and the cup itself also has a small hole on the bottom. So my questions would be, What is it? and How old might it be?
